How it works

Day 1 — Kickoff call. 30 minutes on the phone. You tell me your services, pricing, service area, and the rules of thumb your front desk would use if you had one.
Days 2 – 5 — I build. I configure Hattie, test her end to end, and send you a recording of her handling three sample calls (emergency, standard booking, price-shopper).
Day 6 or 7 — She goes live. We forward your existing line to her. Your phone is now answered, around the clock, starting that afternoon.

“What if she sounds like a robot?”

“What if she messes up?”

Yes. We forward your existing line to Hattie’s 830 number. Your customers still dial the same number on your truck. Nothing on the outside of your business changes.

“What if I don’t like it after a month?”

Cancel. No contract, no penalty. You keep your number. The $1,500 setup is non-refundable past week one, but we can usually fix whatever isn’t working before you get there.
